New Valuation Orders Issued For Clare Businesses

New valuation orders have been issued for Clare businesses that pay rates this week.

It means business owners in this county will shortly receive a certificate from the Valuation Office, which is the State Property valuation body, stating its proposed value, and to ensure occupiers are paying a fair rate to the council.

It follows the re-evaluation of businesses in this county and six other local authority areas having been delayed since 2020 due to the pandemic.
