The exhibition at the Clare Museum in Ennis will include a sketch and small portrait by Burton, on loan from the Clare Heritage Centre in Corofin.

Meanwhile, as the National Gallery of Ireland also hosts an exhibition on Burton’s life, Dr. Maire Bourke of the Gallery will give a public talk on Burton and his Clare connections at Clare Museum on Saturday, 9 December at 3.00 p.m.
