Clare’s Junior Minister admits mistakes have been made when it comes to water charges.
Pat Breen is commenting as reports today suggest that Fianna Fáil and Fine Gael have reached a compromise – following a week of turmoil on the issue.
It’s believed households will get back up to 325 euro under the deal.

The special Oireachtas committee has given parties until later today to make new proposals on whether we should be charged for excessive use and Minister of State Breen said a solution will have to be found within this committee.
