The Health Minister has revealed the identity of the chairperson of the board which will oversee the construction of a new hospital in the Midwest.
Jennifer Carroll MacNeill has received cabinet approval for the appointment of the board which will guide the delivery of the Raheen facility while also looking at healthcare deficits in Clare and Tipperary.

The board will be chaired by Sean O’Driscoll, a retired business leader with a background in infrastructural development best known as the former CEO and chairman of the Glen Dimplex Group.
