A traffic nightmare in North Clare could soon be coming to an end.
Clare County Council has commenced a procurement process for the construction of the N85 Inner Relief Road at Blake’s Corner in Ennistymon.

The local authority has put a value of €30m on the contract and has estimated the project, which will involve the construction of a new bridge 80m upstream will take around 18 months.
Ennistymon Fianna Fáil Councillor Shane Talty says it will make a major difference.
