The median price of a home in Clare has increased by €25,000 in the last year.
Myhome.ie’s latest property price report for the second quarter of the year, which has just been published shows the average price of a home in this county is now €275,000.

The biggest increase in Clare’s portfolio came in the way of three-bed houses, which jumped by €19,500 to €249,000.
At the end of June, there were 261 homes available for sale in this county; an increase of 14% since the beginning of the year, while the average time for a property to go from sale to sale agreed here is now three months.
