One of the main arteries between West Clare and Ennis will be closed next week to allow works to take place.
To facilitate the construction of a cattle underpass, a road closure will be in effect on the R484 Ennis Road at Lacken between Kilmihil village and the Knockalough Crossroads Pub junction on the N68.

The closure comes into place at 7am on Monday March 2nd and will remain in place until 12pm on Sunday March 8th, with motorists advised to use connecting roads to the north and south of the junction.
Separately, the R483-49 will be closed for drainage and resurfacing at Dromelihy from Wednesday March 18th to Friday March 27th, with diversions in place at Cooraclare.
