An Post says it’s confident of retaining its services in a prominent East Clare town.
The National Postal Service is in the process of recruiting a new operator for Killaloe, with the current Postmistress understood to be retiring in May.

An Post is accepting applications for the vacancy until Wednesday and has told Clare FM that it’s expecting a healthy level of interest in the contract.
Killaloe Fianna Fáil Councillor Tony O’Brien is hopeful of a positive outcome.
