The case of a man who claims his pregnant girlfriend is being pressured into an abortion by her parents returns to the High Court today.

On Wednesday he sought an injunction to stop her travelling to the UK, but Ms Justice Mary Laffoy adjourned the case until today to allow his girlfriend obtain legal advice.
The man believes his girlfriend wants to have the baby and wants her to undergo psychiatric assessment.
He has informed the court that he has no desire to stop her from travelling to the UK for an abortion if those are her wishes.
