88 On Trolleys At University Hospital Limerick

Nurses are once again reporting very high trolley numbers at the region’s main hospital.

The latest INMO figures show there were 88 people waiting for beds at University Hospital Limerick this morning, 50 of those in the Emergency Department.

The overall figure is more than two dozen more than the next busiest facility.
