The number of people waiting on trolleys at the regions main hospital has increased by over 46% in the space of a week.
79 Individuals were waiting on trolleys this morning at University Hospital Limerick according to the Irish Nurses & Midwives Organisation.

Marking a significant increase on the 54 patients recorded on trolleys last Friday as UHL remains the most overcrowded facility in the country.
A total of 571 people are waiting for beds at hospitals nationwide today, with more than 1 in 7 of these waiting at the Dooradoyle facility.
