5-Year-Old Children Stuffed Into Clothing Banks To Collect Clothes

Children as young as five are being stuffed into clothing banks in order to steal their contents according to one Clare Councillor.

Alan O'Callaghan is calling for the outright banning of the recycling facilities in the county citing them as both a danger to children being used to collect clothes and a "nuisance" to the community.
The Sixmilebridge Councillor had clothing banks removed from his own property last year as a result of suspicious activity at night.
Councillor O'Callaghan says there needs to be better regulation of the recycling banks.
