Over 400 Homes Prevented From Bulk Sale In Clare Since 2021

Over 400 Homes were prevented from going on bulk sale in Clare in the last two years.

The latest figures from the Department of Housing show that new planning measures precluded over 31,000 residential units from entering the institutional investor market across the country between 2021 and 2023.

The restrictions include a 10% stamp duty levy on the cumulative purchase of ten or more houses in a 12-month period.
