Richard is a print and radio journalist from Ennis.

Based in Barcelona, he works for various news organisations around the world, including the BBC, Bleacher Report, The Blizzard, Business Post, El País, The Guardian, Irish Times and New York Times.
As well as making podcasts and radio documentaries, Richard has written a number of books, including his look at significant figures from Clare, called Where Clare Leads Ireland Follows.
