Alan Morrissey’s latest guest for In Profile is Paul Knapp.
Listeners will know Paul, A.K.A. ‘The Firefighting Chef’, from his regular appearances on Taste of the Week on Morning Focus.
Paul can also be seen on Ireland AM, but he didn’t earn the name ‘The Firefighting Chef’ for nothing, as he spent well over three decades as a full-time firefighter with London Fire Brigade, then Limerick Fire & Rescue Service here in Ireland, before his recent retirement.
