There will be Clare represenation on a historic weekend for women’s golf in Lahinch
The inaugural Women’s South of Ireland championship takes place on the North Clare links with a 60 strong field set to head out tomorrow morning.

Among them will be Sarah Cunningham of Ennis Golf Club along with Ennis native and Lahinch member Aideen Walsh.
Play gets underway tomorrow morning with a shotgun start for the first of two rounds on Day One, with the final 72 holes on Sunday for the top half of the leaderboard and ties following a 36-hole cut.
