Clare’s Lorna McNamara has been named the PWC-GPA Camogie Player of the month for April.
The Feakle-Killanena woman earned the gong following a storming display in the Division 1B Camogie League Final, where she helped the Banner to victory with a personal tally of 2-06.

Waterford’s Stephen Bennett picked up the hurling award, the Football prize went to Odhran Murdock, whilst Armagh’s Blaithin Mackin was named Ladies Footballer of the Month.
