Fallen trees and power outages are possible across Clare and six other counties today.
Two yellow wind warnings will come into effect from 3pm this afternoon.
The alert for Clare and Kerry will last until 8pm while a warning for Galway, Donegal, Leitrim, Mayo and Sligo will be in place until 11 o’clock tonight.
