Swimming Ban Lifted At 3 Beaches But Restriction Remains At Lahinch

A swimming ban has been lifted with immediate effect at Kilkee, Spanish Point and White Strand Miltown Malbay – however, bathing restrictions remain at Lahinch.

The bathing restrictions have been lifted following analysis and on the advice of the HSE.

The temporary prohibition on swimming at Lahinch has been revised to an advisory note not to swim, therefore it is advised not to swim at Lahinch.
