Local GAA Player Made To Wait After Agonizing Injury

On Monday’s Morning Focus, Alan Morrissey welcomed Clare GAA Chairman Kieran Keating on to the show. Kieran discussed the situation in which Clare hurler, Jason McCarthy, was left to wait one hour on the pitch of Cusack Park while nursing a horrid ankle injury.

The Quarter Final between Eire Óg and Inagh-Kilnamona was delayed for fifty minutes as a result of the injury sustained by Jason McCarthy. Éire Óg ran out comfortable winner’s in the game.
