It’s feared a shortfall in local support services for people with mental health difficulties is costing lives here.
Independent Ennis Councillor Ann Norton has raised the issue at the November meeting of the HSE’s Regional Health Forum West.
She feels that a lack of adequate out of hours services in particular is having a detrimental impact on those in need of help in Clare.
