Rail services between Ennis and Limerick are set to resume this weekend.

Iarnród Éireann has confirmed its corridor between Clare’s county town and Limerick will begin running as normal from 4pm this Saturday.

The rail line closed on March 18th due to flooding at Ballycar but it’s reported the flood waters have now receded and patrols will take place prior to reopening.
