Clare Woman To Battle Atlantic Ocean To Raise Funds For Clare’s First Ever Social Grocery Store

A Clare woman is set to brave the cold Atlantic Ocean once again this Winter to raise vital funds for homeless services.

As part of the 63 dips in 21 days initiative, Miltown Malbay’s June Curtin will take to the water three times a day for three weeks in December.

For this campaign MidWest Simon will be hoping to eradicate food poverty, by establishing a social grocery store in Ennis, which would allow struggling households to purchase goods at a heavily reduced price.
