A Clare Government Senator insists that further restrictions are not inevitable after Christmas.

It comes as Cabinet Ministers are meeting today to discuss financial supports for the arts and live entertainment sector.

Cabinet Ministers are meeting today to sign off on enhanced financial supports for businesses in the hospitality and events sector affected by the new Covid restrictions.
