The rate of COVID-19 in Clare is continuing to rise significantly, meanwhile.
A total of 116 cases were confirmed here in the two weeks up to midnight on Saturday – that’s more than double the figure of a week before.
This doesn’t include the 17 additional cases announced last evening, meaning Clare’s incidence rate will climb to over 100 cases per 100,000 people when tomorrow’s figures are published.
