On Wednesday’s Morning Focus, Alan was joined by Beo Wellness Co-founder Aoibhín Garrihy to talk about the launch of her new poetry anthology ‘Everyday is a Fresh Beginning: Meaningful Poems for Life.
The collection contains work from a wide range of poets, including W.B Yeats, Seamus Heaney and Emily Bronte.
The poetry collection is available across all book stores and Aoibhín will be signing copies of the book in the Ennis Bookshop in early November.
