On Monday’s Morning Focus, Alan was joined by Poet Anne Donnellan who has recently released her debut Poetry Collection called ‘Witness’. Anne who now resides in Galway discussed her poetry collection which is primarily based on her early days where she grew up on the Shanaway Road in Ennis in the 60’s. She spoke about the content her poetry collection has to offer which includes rural, present and human rights poetry which has led for her to be invited to the Strokestown Festival in April.
Anne’s Poetry Collection ‘Witness’ can be purchased in a variety of bookshops across Clare and Galway including the Ennis Bookshop, the Kilrush Bookshop and Charlie Byrnes in Galway.
