Actress, comedienne and TV presenter Deirdre O’Kane was among Pat Flynn’s guests on the Monday edition of Morning Focus. Fresh from the IFTA awards, Deirdre told Pat about her career in comedy.

The show opened with a vox pop from Ben Sweeney on the latest Live Register figures for Clare. Ben asked people on the streets if they felt the results were cause for optimism.

Gavin Grace then presented an interview with Stephen O’Connor, Director of Corporate Affairs with broadband company SIRO and Junior Minister Pat Breen.

Deputy Timmy Dooley (FF) was Pat’s next guest on the topic of the ongoing stand-off between Fianna Fáil and Fine Gael over the water charges issue.

Joe O’Donoghue of the Lough Derg Angler’s Association then spoke to Pat about a new report to come out on fish stocks in the lake.
