Emergency services have attended the scene of a two car accident on the outskirts of Ennis this morning.
The collision occurred at the junction of the N68 and N85 at the Rocky Road Roundabout in Ennis around 10 O’Clock.
The road was closed for a time, with Gardai, ambulance personnel and Fire Units from Ennis and Shannon all in attendance.

Traffic was heavy for a time, but delays have now eased and the road has reopened.
There are no reports of any serious injuries.
