One of the leading sports charity events in the country has been launched in Clare.
Tour de Munster, which is supported by Clare FM, kicks off on August 10th, with over 100 cyclists travelling 640km around the province in aid of Down Syndrome Ireland.
It’s hoped they will raise similar funds to last year, when 268,000 euro was raised – going towards vital services like speech therapy for Down Syndrome people.
