Status Orange Weather Alert In Place For Clare

Met Eireann has upgraded it’s weather warning for Clare.

A mid-level orange wind warning is now in place for counties along the west coast and the north east, ahead of the arrival of Storm Ali on Wednesday.

Winds of up to 65 kilometres per hour and gusts of up to 120 kilometres per hour are forecast between 5 o’clock tomorrow morning and one o’clock in the afternoon.
