Rent Prices Still Increase In Clare

The cost of renting a home in Clare is continuing to rise.

The latest figures from the Residential Tenancies Board show renters in this county were forking out 670 euro on average each month between January and March, a 7% rise, or 49 euro more than the same time last year.

The research which has been carried out in conjunction with ESRI, also shows the cost of renting rose by fifteen euro on the previous quarter.
