Public Meeting To Be Held To Discuss Homeless Crisis

A public meeting is taking place in Ennis tonight, to discuss the serious homeless crisis gripping the country.

The latest report from the Department of Housing has revealed that there are 72 homeless adults in Clare, while some 176 children across the MidWest are without a roof over their heads.

Tonight’s meeting will take place in the Old Ground Hotel in Ennis from 7.30pm, with anyone concerned about the situation encouraged to attend.
