Tributes Paid To Breen Following Retirement From Political Life

Clare’s Senator is paying tribute to the contribution his party colleague Pat Breen made to this county, following the Junior Minister’s decision to retire.

The Ballynacally Deputy lost his seat at this year’s General Election, having served as a TD for Clare for the past 18 years.

He has been a public representative since 1999, when first elected to Clare County Council, and since 2017 has served as a Junior Minister at the Department of Jobs.

Clarecastle Fine Gael TD Joe Carey, meanwhile, has also paid tribute to Deputy Breen.
