Clare’s Green Party Senator says she will be supporting the EU’s trade deal with Canada.
It comes as an internal row continues within the party on whether or not to back the ratification of CETA when it comes before the Dail in January.
The dispute centres over the environmental issues and challenges contained in the deal, with the agreement requiring the backing of parliaments across all EU member states to be fully operational.
