Plans are to be lodged this week for a major housing development in Ennis.
Avadair Ltd is looking to construct the 99 housing units on a 25-acre site on the Golf Links Road.
They would be made up of 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom houses which would be a mix of detached and semi-detached homes with an estimated completion date of five years, should it get the green light.
