High amounts of paperwork have been identified as one of the main sources of frustration for members of the Gardaí.
The issue has been raised at this week’s conference of the Garda Representative Association, the group which represents rank-and-file members of the force.
This comes weeks after a Garda-commissioned survey of its members also flagged the frustration of members with regards to paperwork.
