No End In Sight For Rising House Prices In Clare

It’s claimed house prices in Clare will continue to rise until adequate housing stock comes on stream.

New figures from the Real Estate Alliance show a 2.8% rise in the cost of a three-bed-semi detached home in this county between June and September and an almost 6% rise over the past 12 months.

The rise is in line with Dublin figures, while prices in Limerick and Galway have flatlined, as families are unable to afford further rises, with a lack of housing supply still an issue.
