The Junior Transport minister says new legislation for Shannon Airport shows it's is heading in a new improved direction.
The Bill agreed upon by Ministers this week will be discussed by the Dáil and Seanad in the coming weeks, and is expected to pass through both houses before the summer recess.

The laws will create a new Shannon Group, to oversee the Airport and it's surrounding landbanks, and Minister Alan Kelly, a MidWest representative, is confident it'll be a boost to the area.
