A hiker’s been injured after falling in the Burren area of North Clare.
Members of the Galway Mountain Rescue team were called out to the scene of the incident, at Turlough Hill near Bellharbour, at 12:45 this afternoon.
It’s understood the hiker, a man, fell on steep ground.

The Coast Guard’s Rescue 115 helicopter has been called to the area and the man has been airlifted to hospital.
