Enda Kenny has again insisted Fine Gael will not facilitate any laws to scrap all domestic water charges.
The Taoiseach’s insisted the Government cannot play any part in passing legislation which it believes to be illegal.
The Oireachtas committee discussing the future of water has given parties until tomorrow evening to make new proposals on whether people should be charged for excessive use.
