Improving Economy Causing Recruitment And Retention Issues For Employers

It’s claimed employers are facing resourcing and retention issues with their staffing as the economy continues to improve.

Research published in recent days in association with Shannon Chamber of Commerce shows that the economy climate means more employees are seeking payrise and are not afraid to change jobs to earn more money.

Staff turnover rates are stabled at a national average of 11%, while the level in the MidWest region is slightly lower on 8%.
