House Prices Rise In Clare

It’s getting more expensive to get on the housing ladder in the Banner county.

The latest housing report shows that Clare buyers are having to dig deeper to own their own home.

The daft.ie report shows the average cost of a home in County Clare has risen by 11% in the first three months of this year.

Average house prices in the county have jumped to to €191,000 in the space of 12 months.

Housing prices nationally rose by 2.9% during the first three months of 2019.

This is the second report this week to report an increase in prices – myhome.ie has recorded a €14,000 hike in the cost of buying a home in the Banner.
