Level Of Overcrowding Drops Again At UHL

The level of overcrowding at the region’s main hospital has dropped again today.

There are 39 patients waiting for a bed at the Dooradoyle facility according to the INMO – 33 of those in the emergency department.

The figure is down from 48 yesterday, and comes on a day when 215 people are waiting for admission to Irish hospitals.
