Clare’s Independent TD is expressing concern over the scope of funding allocated to the newly launched Sláintecare Integration Fund.
The €20 million fund has been hailed by the government as an important milestone in the delivery of the Sláintecare Action Plan and sees submissions invited for projects with a focus on community care.
But the Sláintecare Report previously highlighted the need for a transitional fund of €3 billion over the first six years of the 10-year plan.
