A decision on whether the world's largest traditional music festival is to come to Ennis will be made this coming weekend.
Presentations on the town's bid to host Fleadh Ceoil na hÉireann were made this past weekend, before a vote is taken this weekend on whether to bring the 2016 event to Ennis, Drogheda or back to Sligo.

The event would deliver a major boost to the local economy, and was worth an estimated 35 million euro to Cavan when held there in 2012.
