Outdoor Burning Ban In Place As Weather Warning Issued For Clare

Clare landowners are being warned to refrain from any outdoor burning today, or risk causing devastating wildfires.

A status yellow high temperature weather warning has been issued for Clare and several other counties today, with temperatures expected to soar to 27 degrees.

Clare County Fire and Rescue Service says any outside burning can spread to forestry plantations and jeopardise the safety of dwellings and families living in rural areas.
