Planning permission has been granted for an extension of Doolin National School.
Clare County Council planners have granted permission for a single storey extension of the school, which will include two new classrooms and accessible toilet facilities.
The school has close on 100 students and previously the Seanad has heard that the development is “essential and crucial.”
