Members of the Scarriff/Ogonelloe Camogie Club are giving back to the elderly and those in poor health this Christmas.
A number of the adult camogie players have come together to offer pre-Christmas services to those in need.
It includes help with housework, shopping, decorating their homes for Christmas or even popping in for a cup of tea and a chat.
