Delta Airlines is being urged to reconsider its Shannon pullout at the begining of next month.
The call comes in the wake of Cityjet’s annoucement to terminate its flights from the Mid West to Paris as of the end of October.. which has been described as a major loss for the business sector in the region.
Now the Mayor of Shannon is appealing with US carrier Delta not to end its 13 year old service in the region claiming their reasons for the withdrawl don’t add up..
